He’s 125 Years Old And He Drinks This Natural Tea Every Single Day

125 years old and he drinks this natural tea

Recently, ZoominTV shared a video of a man named Suliman who lives in Lebanon. In the video, it has been said that he is 135 years old and has a 7-year old biological son. They also said that he walks over two miles a day and cut the wood at home.

“If my wife is not home, I cook, I fry, and I prepare food for the children. I am both a woman and a man!” Suliman said.

One shocking fact is that Suliman has been smoking for over 80 years, yet he has still outlived everyone who was born in the same generation as him.

The Zoomin.TV producers asked him what his secret was, his response was his “magic tea”. His magic tea consists of carob, thyme, quinoa, and anise. The “mixture can bring a dead person to life, with God’s will,” Suliman said.

A closer look at the four ingredients:

Carob

Each carob tree is a single-sex, so it takes a male and female tree to produce carob pods. After six or seven years, a carob tree is able to produce pods. Once a female carob tree is fertilized, it produces hundreds of pounds of dark brown pods filled with brown pulp and tiny seeds. You can find organic carob on Amazon!

Some of the benefits of carob include:

  • It is commonly used as an alternative to chocolate
  • It is full of antioxidants
  • Wonderful source of fiber
  • Low amounts of sugar and caffeine
  • It’s gluten-free
  • History links carob to singers who would take it to maintain healthy vocal cords

Thyme

Thyme is an herb that belongs to the mint family and originated in the southern Mediterranean. It grows up from the ground and can be planted in a garden, walkway, or even in containers, but this plant does best when it is able to be in full sun.

Some of the benefits of thyme include:

  • Fights sore throats and bronchitis
  • Lowers blood pressure and cholesterol
  • Embodies mood-boosting effects
  • May help fight cancer
  • Healthy doses of Vitamin A and C
  • Helps with arthritis, parasites, and skin disorders

Quinoa

Quinoa thrives in cooler weather and originated from the Andes in South America. It is harvested from tall green plants. While the plant’s sprouts are slow-growing at first, it eventually shoots up to and beyond three feet.
Some of the benefits of quinoa include:

  • Contains all nine essential amino acids
  • Protein rich
  • Good source of fiber
  • Gluten-free
  • High in iron and magnesium
  • Aids in weight loss

Anise

The herbaceous anise plant is a member of the carrot family that matures to heights around three feet. Slim, spindle-shaped roots create grooved stems and leaves which form feathery lobes. In July and August, the plant produces umbels of petite white or yellow flowers having a gently sweet fragrance. At the end of August to September, the plant provides little brown seeds referred to as “Anise” also called Aniseed.

Some of the benefits of anise include:

  • Improves digestion
  • Overall respiratory and oral health
  • Helps heart health
  • Revitalizes metabolism
  • Helps with skin disorders
  • Regulates menstruation

These four ingredients that Suliman makes tea out of every day have multiple things in common like helping to fight skin disease, antioxidants, rich sources of fiber, helps heart health and improves digestion. The benefits of just these four things speak firsthand to the quality of life they can bring. It makes sense as to why he believes this mixture can bring a dead person to life!
