In the meantime, these home remedies can help you remove xanthelasma naturally:

1. Garlic

Raw garlic contains sulfur compounds and natural enzymes that can successfully dissolve and disintegrate cholesterol deposits through both topical application and internal consumption.

You should slice up a garlic clove or crush a few garlic cloves to make a paste. Apply it on the affected area and cover with a gauze so the garlic doesn’t get into your eye. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, then wash it off with warm water. Repeat once daily for a few days. Also, you can eat 2 to 3 raw garlic cloves on an empty stomach daily or take a garlic supplement.

2. Castor oil

Cold-pressed, organic castor oil has anti-inflammatory properties and is rich in fatty acids that can help dissolve the solid cholesterol deposits underneath your skin. Regular application will give you smooth, younger-looking skin that is free of any yellowish lesions.

Take pure, cold-pressed castor oil and soak 1 cotton ball in it. Then, apply this on the affected part, keeping your eyes closed. Lightly massage for a couple of minutes and secure the cotton ball by using a tape or bandage, if possible. Keep it on overnight, and the next morning, clean the area using warm water. For achieving the satisfied results, repeat this remedy daily.

3. Banana peel

Another safe and natural way on how to remove cholesterol deposits around eyes is using banana peels. The peel helps reduce the bumpy deposits naturally because it contains the enzymes and strong antioxidant properties.

Place the inside part of banana peel carefully over the cholesterol deposit. Then, secure the peel with the help of a tape or bandage and keep it on an entire night. Remove the peel in the next morning and use water to wash the area. Repeat every night until you achieve the desired results.

4. Apple cider vinegar

If you have high cholesterol and it is the prime reason behind the cholesterol deposits near your eyes, apple cider vinegar is just what you need. 5. Fenugreek seeds

Take some fenugreek seeds and soak them in water overnight. Then, apply the water on the affected area in the next morning. With the help of your fingertips, gently massage the area, so that the water deep penetrates into the skin. Follow this way daily. Also, you can soak fenugreek seeds (2 teaspoons) in 1 glass of water overnight. The next morning consume this mixture first thing on an empty stomach. It’ll help reduce the bad cholesterol level in your body.

6. Eat cholesterol-lowering foods

As mentioned earlier, it is a good idea to switch to a diet that is not dense in cholesterol to help lower your body’s cholesterol levels, which can help make xanthelasma go away on its own. Make sure that you include plenty of cholesterol-lowering foods in the diet. Most of them are packed with fiber that helps flush out cholesterol in food.
